Yes, I think anyone can be a leader. However, I dont think that it is an easy task, it takes a lot of courage and hard work. Given the right tools and training I do believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader.

Jealousy of others

When I'm jealous that someone accomplishes something I wish I would've accomplished, I just try to think of how happy the person is. It is very hard to be happy for someone else when you wish you had accomplished what he or she did, but I do think it's possible. Taking the time to think about how hard the other person worked and understanding that everything happens for a reason also helps the process.
